Is your property in a Conservation Area?

Properties in Conservation Areas often require more detailed drawings and a heritage statement, which can add time and cost to your application. We factor this in to give you a realistic estimate.

Is there a manhole cover within the area you want to build on?

If you're building within 3 metres of a public sewer, you'll need a Thames Water Build Over Agreement. We handle this process for you — the drawings and application are included in our fee.
