Kemal came with great knowledge of the local Bexley planning system, other architect companies had suggested we submit the plans as two separate applications which would have cost double, however Kemal confidently explained why that wasn't the best approach and confirmed he had completed similar applications before. He was right, our plans went through planning easily as one application (ground floor and first floor) which was amazing. We also liked that Kemal came to visit the property instead of relying on Google Maps images and was really easy to get a hold of with quick responses.
